The article examines the possibility of using corrugated pipes in evaporator to intensify heat exchange process. A computer model was constructed finite element method Fluent ANSYS. Performed simulation boiling process liquid a smooth and pipe check it for adequacy. According modeling results, carry out comparative analysis quantitative qualitative indicators pipe. temperature value set. volume vapor phase determined transfer coefficients both types were calculated. coefficient is 3296 W/(m2� K), which almost 52% more than one. adequacy obtained values checked by comparing results with calculated theoretically. Provided recommendations on feasibility optimizing their geometric configuration future. This study can be used engineers at stages designing equipment. further stage this will effect corrugation geometry efficiency transfer.
