In semiconductor inspection equipment, a chuck used to hold wafer is equipped with cooling or heating system for temperature uniformity across the surface of wafer. Surface important increasing speed. Triply periodic minimal surfaces (TPMSs) are proposed enhance uniformity. TPMSs topic research in field additive manufacturing and type metamaterial inspired by nature. no intersections. Their continuous curve offers self-support during process. This structure enables division single space into two domains. As result, heat transfer area per unit volume larger than that general lattice structures, leading superior performance. paper proposes new called double-wall TPMS. The process creating double-walled TPMS adjusting thickness sheet was investigated, its thermal performance studied. Finally, applied chuck. optimal designs diamond gyroid structures exhibited difference 0.23 °C 0.66 °C, respectively. Accordingly, models optimized proposed.
