The diffusion of green energy technological innovation based on international cooperation is a critical pathway to achieving global low-carbon emission reductions. However, few studies have considered the pathways technologies under bilateral policy uncertainties. This paper constructs an evolutionary game model for in complex network environment, with focus analyzing impacts key parameters such as spillover effects, heterogeneity, technical leakage risks, and free-riding risks equilibrium outcomes strategies. results study are follows: (1) Technological synergy heterogeneity significant role promoting innovation, but when too high, it difficult two parties find more common interests areas interaction, cooperative will be turned into empty shell that has name no reality. Carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technology is an essential for achieving low-carbon transformation upgrading of the coal power industry. This study applies optimal control theory to analyze dynamic optimization CCUS technological innovation investment in stations under environmental protection tax. A model constructed decisions firms at system steady-state equilibrium, numerical simulations are performed. The shows that both profit maximization social welfare conditions, a distinct saddle-point steady-state; tax affects stations, which turn electricity prices; learning rate knowledge accumulation also impacts investment: condition, levels innovation, technology, higher than those maximization.

Sustainable development is a tripartite game among the central (CG) and local governments (LGs) enterprises, with economic factors as key drivers. China consumed about 16.2 million metric tons during this period, accounting for approximately 61% of global consumption, thereby reinforcing its position world’s leading copper consumer. Seeking balance acceptable interests three parties may be feasible method to explore sustainable China’s enterprises (CEs). Therefore, based on evolutionary theory, we construct three-party model. Using financial data Chinese CEs actual survey CG LGs, identified 31 environmental impact parameters from CG, CEs. Then, used MATLAB R2023b simulate an evolution model determined influence various stable state. The results show that managers, have implemented more direct expedited regulations than CG. Enterprises less brand frequently face difficulties in complying governmental regulatory demands. When are balanced, 30% cannot meet standards within 40 months, which cause 500 small medium-sized stop production, thus resulting high unemployment costs LGs. A scenario analysis evaluates benefits measures results. introduction advanced hydrometallurgy technology has highest benefits; after 5 years, entire industry will reach CNY 147.2 billion.

As a carbon reduction tool that discloses the green quality information of products, unified standard for evaluation and identification labeling has not yet been established. Given diverse market environments different types labels, selecting an appropriate label can create greater value both businesses society. This paper constructs game model involving non-green firms to explore heterogeneous firms’ choices decisions under two structures. Using numerical comparative analysis, it examines social schemes in various scenarios. The study finds (1) enhancing consumer environmental awareness (CEA) competition intensity contributes economic benefits, while increased ambiguity may suppress system efficiency; (2) always generate profits but do necessarily benefit firms; (3) monopolistic market, self-certified (SCL) is more beneficial improving welfare, whereas opposite holds oligopolistic setting, structures, third-party certified (TCL) maximizes benefits; (4) same type label, improvements vary significantly across have relatively minor impact on benefits. research provides valuable managerial insights decision-making selection markets.
