In order to alleviate the rapid capacity attenuation caused by huge volume expansion and low electronic conductivity during SiO 2 charge discharge. Herein, rGO@ yolk-shell structure is designed using rGO(reduced graphene oxide) as conductive network loading carbon-coated of yolk shell structure. The reasonably can slow down change without destroying carbon layer. rGO layer beneficial transmission electrons. When measured anode material for lithium-ion battery, exhibits long cycle performance 616mAh g -1 after 358 under condition 0.1A .

Respiratory pattern is one of the most crucial indicators for accessing human health, but there has been limited success in implementing fast-responsive, affordable, and miniaturized platforms with capability smart recognition. Herein, a fully integrated flexible patch wireless intelligent respiratory monitoring based on lamellar porous film functionalized GaN optoelectronic chip desirable response to relative humidity (RH) variation reported. The submillimeter-sized device exhibits high sensitivity 13.2 nA/%RH at 2–70%RH 61.5 70–90%RH, fast response/recovery time 12.5 s/6 s. With integration data transmission module assistance machine learning 1-D convolutional neural networks, seven breathing patterns are identified an overall classification accuracy >96%. This on-mask sensing platform successfully demonstrates real-time capability, showing great promise practical healthcare applications.
