Herein, the CuI/BaSnO3 quantum dot (QD)/ZnSnO3 perovskite-based transparent p–n junction was prepared using a hybrid approach involving sol–gel, freeze-drying, annealing, and sputtering. The resulting QD/ZnSnO3 exhibited transmittance of ∼85% photovoltaic enhancement ∼2.6 × 103 folds, in conversion efficiency ∼1.13%. also demonstrated stable output over 5-month cycle. This remarkable performance can be mainly attributed to homologous perovskite BaSnO3 QD, which facilitated attainment an appropriate Fermi level high yield, optimizing carrier equilibrium while maintaining transparency providing better lattice matching. Furthermore, presence additional hole-related carriers caused by Cu vacancy allowed effective utilization defects optimize kinetic equilibrium. Additionally, intrinsic physical chemical stability inorganic perovskites QD ZnSnO3 could improve stability.

Composite MgIn2S4/Bi2O3 was prepared and applied to the photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline (TC) under visible light. Results showed that formation type-II heterojunction extended light response range composite 628 nm, effectively limiting rapid recombination photogenerated carriers. Further, experiment TC decomposed by composite. The main active substances for degrading were SO4·−, ·OH, h+ 1O2. Cycling experiments removal rate material still as high 75% after 4 cycles without any obvious changes in crystalline phase structure.
