The
exceptional
corrosion
resistance
and
combined
physical
chemical
self-cleaning
capabilities
of
superhydrophobic
photocatalytic
coatings
have
sparked
significant
interest
among
researchers.
In
this
paper,
we
propose
an
economical
eco-friendly
epoxy
resin
coating
that
incorporates
SiO2@CuO/HDTMS
nanoparticles
modified
with
Hexadecyltrimethoxysilane
(HDTMS).
application
effectively
reduces
the
contact
area
between
metal
surface
corrosive
media,
leading
to
a
decreased
rate.
Additionally,
incorporation
nanomaterials,
exemplified
by
SiO2@CuO
core–shell
nanoparticles,
improves
adhesion
durability
on
aluminum
alloy
substrates.
Experimental
data
from
Tafel
curve
analysis
electrochemical
impedance
spectroscopy
(EIS)
confirm
superior
compared
untreated
surfaces.
Estimations
indicate
reduction
in
rate
after
treatment.

Abstract
Polyethylene
glycol
(PEG)
is
an
important
and
popular
phase
change
material
(PCM),
but
not
a
good
antistatic
material,
which
would
cause
the
accumulation
of
static
electricity
electrostatic
discharge
when
used
for
thermal
energy
storage
management
electrical
devices.
Herein,
we
prepared
PEG‐based
solid–solid
PCM
(SSPCM)
with
property
by
introducing
ionic
liquid
onto
macromolecular
chains.
This
SSPCM
in
solid
state
even
at
90°C,
avoiding
leakage
issue
pure
PEG.
Its
latent
heat
values
melting
solidifying
processes
are
56.2
30.6
J
g
−1
,
respectively.
Additionally,
this
has
stability
reliability
according
to
thermogravimetric
cycling
tests.

ambient
temperature

8.87
Ω
m
8.92
Ω,
respectively,
showing
performance.
