Bioinspired protruded textures with variable surface morphology and characteristics are getting worldwide popularity due to their wider applications. Among them controlled wettability for different materials through bioinspired is very essential reduce the adhesion, bacterial contamination growth, drug delivery application. Even, identification efficient fabrication of favorable protrusions optimum parameters comparatively complex from normal any material processing methods shapes, form accuracy dimensions. Therefore, this work targets four types namely, fish scale, square, circular, Python scale (snake) textured on biomedical grade Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy controlling using femtosecond laser texturing (LST). The process machining were set as a temporal width 350 fs, output power 5.5 W, wavelength 1030 nm, scanning speed 100 mm/s pulse rate 500 KHz three repetitions all texture types. To examine effect type, perimeter fabricated was kept constant. Further, varying perimeters also analyzed ranges 300 µm. Surface measurement consistency, dimensions composition which related results examined by static contact angle sessile drop method. Wetting decreased increasing whereas other textures, going be improved significantly.
