This study aimed to establish two methods, namely, indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ic-ELISA) and colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strips, for detecting prometryn residues in various agricultural samples, such as corn, pumpkin, lotus root, rice, brown rice. Monoclonal antibodies specific were utilized both methods. The ic-ELISA method demonstrated a maximum half-inhibition concentration (IC50) of 2.4 ng/mL lower limit detection 0.5 ng/mL. When used conjunction with card reader, the strip exhibited an IC50 18.6 detection. recovery rates methods found be consistent those liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. consistency indicated suitability five different suggesting that this is convenient practical approach screening products.

Prometryn is an herbicide widely used in agriculture. Its degradation-resistant properties have raised concerns about its environmental impact on aquatic systems, yet distribution and bioaccumulation remain to be explored. This research examined the of prometryn within lab-simulated ecosystems, incorporating water-sediment interactions tilapias ( Oreochromis niloticus ) Asian clams Corbicula fluminea ). The aims explore dynamics across both biotic abiotic components ecosystem, providing a comprehensive understanding persistence accumulation organisms sediments. ecosystems were exposed concentration 0.50 mg/L for 35 days. During experiment, significant adsorption retention sediment observed, suggesting that could primary repository. Additionally, not only served as accumulative pools but also influenced ecosystems. Chitin synthase is an essential enzyme of the chitin synthesis pathway during molting. In this study, we identified and characterized a (EsCHS) gene in Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis.
