BACKGROUND Resilience is a protective factor in healthy aging, helping to maintain and recover physical mental functions. The Illness Model has proven effective fostering resilience well-being. Physical activity crucial for older adults’ independence well-being, even as aging causes progressive decline. Additionally, adults face challenges such spousal loss disability, making preventive intervention strategies necessary. OBJECTIVE This study aims develop evaluate web-based program enhance resilience, activity, well-being among community-dwelling adults. we aim gather feedback on the program’s strengths limitations. METHODS A 4-week resilience-enhancing was created, incorporating role-play talk-in-interaction focusing 3 key skills: coping, control belief, manageability. included scenarios becoming widowed suffering stroke, designed engage pilot test preceded intervention. As result of COVID-19 pandemic, shifted from in-person sessions. single-blind, parallel-group, randomized controlled trial conducted. Participants aged over 65 years were recruited offline randomly assigned either an or group. certified practitioner delivered program. Outcomes self-assessed at baseline (T0), 4 weeks (T1), 12 (T2) after mixed methods approach used feedback. RESULTS participatory enhancing skills—coping, manageability resilience—was well developed. Among 96 participants, 63 into group (n=31) (n=32). mean age 69.27 (SD 3.08) 74.84 6.23) Significant between-group differences found (t45.6=–4.53, <i>P</i>&lt;.001) (t61=2.92, <i>P</i>=.005). No statistically significant time observed (SE 7.49, 95% CI –10.74 18.61, <i>P</i>=.60), 15.18, –24.74 34.74, <i>P</i>=.74), 3.74, –2.68 11.98, <i>P</i>=.21) controlling differences. dropout rate lower (2/31, 6%) compared with (5/32, 16%). Moreover, 77% (24/31) participants completed entire Program indicated high satisfaction format mentorship support. CONCLUSIONS demonstrated that appropriate, acceptable, feasible, engaging garnered enthusiasm its potential optimize playing role success. The beliefs, emotions, and experiences that constitute a mindset shape numerous aspects of one’s reality, but in particular, health. Health is defined by not only the physical state body, also content mind. integration mind body often associated with naturopathic medicines or pseudoscience, thus usually left out Western medicinal practices. This review aims to demystify mind-body connection health wellness introducing it within an empirical, neuroscientific landscape. research supports hypothesis over matter rings true even at biochemical level. Activation immune system autonomic nervous as well changes gene expression connections between neurons, among many other things, modulate body’s responses mindsets. Concepts like stress, somatization, therapies, placebo effect are discussed relation their mechanisms resulting effects on bodily finds these concepts share overlapping turn positive thoughts into healthier bodies, vice versa; this elevates status mindsets powerful determinants should be more heavily prioritized medicine.

As the world's population continues to age, there is a growing focus on improving quality of life and overall well-being elderly.In recent years, mind-body exercises have arisen as popular type physical exercise among older adults in both Eastern Western countries [1].In last 10 yoga has been established key activity intervention for [1].Yoga system practices that includes gentle movements or postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) relaxation techniques, reciting mantras, visualizations, meditations, all which can be adapted suit practitioner ability [2].For example, chair-based successfully applied geriatric [3].This brief overview provides evidence about role therapy promoting elderly, by exploring its psychosocial benefits.
