Background: Fish scale waste is highly valued both as a food additive and functional ingredient. This study aimed to analyse the chemical composition, fatty acid profile, mineral content in fish flour of Osphronemus (O) goramy, Cyprinus (C) carpio, Oreochromis (O) niloticus potential feed for fry. Methods: scales were cleaned with 10% w/v NaCl solution at ratio of 1:10 (w/w) 24 hours 4 °C. Agitation was used every eight remove excess protein.
