An improved PLTS-VIKOR model based on combined weights method in evaluation for online hotel reservation selection

Since the traditional method may cause loss of linguistic information, in this paper, we chose probabilistic term set (PLTS) to describe evaluation index for decision problem, then propose an improved VIKOR select best hotel. However, has lost original information and experts' preference so PLTS-VIKOR is proposed tourists. In addition, weaknesses strengths weighting methods are analyzed; BWM CRITIC PLTS developed determine subject object weights. Then, a comprehensive combined based on minimum total deviation principle proposed. Further, integrate with all methods. Finally, case example 5 online hotels performed illustrate application approach, superiority effectiveness proved by comparative analysis.
