This work examines thermo-mechanical bending wave propagation in a sandwich nanobeam using advanced and nanolocal strain gradient elasticity theories. The is unique structure with biocompatible ceramic ZrO2 metal Ti6Al4V on the top bottom sides. In scenario where magnetic field intensity Hm = 0, an increase temperature difference causes frequency all models (except Model 2) decrease zero, resulting buckling. 2, exhibits phase velocity 0.43 Km/s at ΔT which subsequently decreases ∼9% 0.39 km/s 500. These include strength field, impact thermal loads, nonlocal effect, dimensions nanobeam, foundation's influence. findings this research will help build nanosensor systems can aerospace applications under extreme temperatures. contribute optimization design process, ensuring reliability functionality nanosensors severe conditions.
