Due to today’s fast-paced lifestyle, most people are in a state of sub-health and face “unexplained fatigue”, which can seriously affect their health, work efficiency, quality life. Fatigue is also common symptom several serious diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, cancer, etc. However, the contributing mechanisms not clear, there currently no official recommendations for treatment fatigue. Background : Mental fatigue (MF) is a psychobiological state that could negatively impact physical and cognitive performance, although the extent of this remains controversial. While laboratory studies have provided valuable insights into acute effects MF, their ecological validity in real-world sport settings limited. Recent research indicates MF can naturally arise during activities, leading to chronic on endurance perceptual-cognitive skills. These may persist beyond individual sessions, potentially increasing risk injury due cumulative nature. Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease affecting the central nervous system, characterised by neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration. Fatigue depression are common, debilitating, intertwined symptoms in people with relapsing-remitting MS (pwRRMS). An increased understanding of brain changes mechanisms underlying fatigue RRMS could lead to more effective interventions enhancement quality life. To elucidate relationship between connectivity pwRRMS we conducted a systematic review. Searched databases were PubMed, Web-of-Science Scopus. Inclusion criteria were: studied participants ( n ≥ 20; 18 years old) differentiated subtypes; published 2001-01-01 2023-01-18; used assessments validated for MS; included structural, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) or diffusion MRI (dMRI). Sixty studies met criteria: dMRI (15 fatigue, 5 depression) 22 fMRI (20 studies. The literature was heterogeneous; half reported no correlation measures depression. Positive findings showed that abnormal cortico-limbic structural associated linked cortico-thalamic-basal-ganglial networks. Additionally, both related altered cingulum connectivity, involving thalamus, cerebellum, frontal lobe, ventral tegmental area, striatum, default mode attention networks, supramarginal, precentral, postcentral gyri. Fatigue is one of the most disabling symptoms in several neurological disorders and has an important cognitive component. Fatigue-specific changes in the autonomic nervous system are often assumed to underlie development of mental fatigue caused by prolonged cognitive tasks (i.e. Time-on-Task). A prolonged period of cognitive performance often leads to mental fatigue, a psychobiological state that increases the risk injury and accidents. Previous studies have trained machine learning algorithms on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data detect fatigue in order prevent its consequences. However, results these cannot be generalised because various methodological issues including use only one type task induce which makes any predictions task-specific. In this study, we combined datasets three experiments each applied different tasks for induction predict severity.
