Introduction:
Celastrol
(Cel)
is
a
widely
used
main
component

Chinese
herbal
medicine

strong
anti-inflammatory,
antiviral
and
antitumor
activities.

present
study,
we
aimed
to
elucidate
cellular
molecular
protective
mechanism

against
diabetes-induced
inflammation

dysfunction.
Methods:

diabetes
