In the course of work to study pathopsychological features emotional and cognitive disorders in structure post-COVID syndrome, a comprehensive clinical-psychopatholo­gical psychodiagnostic examination 167 patients both sexes (85 women 82 men) with non-psychotic mental against background COVID was conducted. It has been established that dominance COVID-19 is complaints decreased mood, apathy, inactivity, loss sense joy pleasure, feelings anxiety, constant internal tension, anxiety over trifles, irritability impatience, memory, concentration, absent-mindedness, learning difficulties, difficulty concentrating on tasks, performance, sleep disorders. clinical picture examined represented by depressive (29.1% men 32.1% women), (31.4% 33.4% respectively), astheno-neurotic (24.2% 19.6% women) (15.3% 14.9% respectively) syndromes. The are characterized peaks scales depression, somatization, obsessive-compulsive, phobic interpersonal sensitivity according Symptom Check List-90-Revised; predominance severe episodes moderate Hamilton Anxiety Depression Scale; high levels situational personal State-Trait Inventory; presence mild impairments Montreal Cognitive Assessment Mini-Mental State Examination; decrease overall performance Addenbrooke’s examination. In the course of work, clinical phenomenology was studied and a comprehensive system therapy for mental disorders in people who have suffered from COVID-19 developed. It established that picture examined patients is represented by depressive (29.1 % patients), anxiety (33.4 %), asthenic-neurotic (24.2 %) cognitive (13.3 syndrome complexes, their described. Taking into account data obtained during examination, personalized correcting developed, which included use pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy psychoeducation. Psychopharmacotherapy differentiated SSRI antidepressants non-benzodiazepine anxiolytics, short benzodiazepine. The psychotherapeutic program of: behavioral therapy, biosuggestive psychodynamic psychotherapy, art social skills training, desensitization, mindfulness, relaxation exercises training. Analysis results using developed has proven its effectiveness. Against background program, positive dynamics state, rapid reduction anxiety-depressive asthenic symptoms, improvement functions, formation adaptive types attitude to disease quality life were noted.
