The synthesis of inorganic nanoparticles for diverse applications is an active research area that involves physical and chemical methods, which typically are expensive, involve hazardous reagents, use complex equipment conditions, consume large amounts time energy. Thus, green methods have emerged as eco-friendly easy alternatives nanoparticle synthesis, particularly the plant-based extracts from fruit juice, leaves, seeds, peel, stem, barks, roots, act reducing, capping, stabilizing agents, contributing to Sustainable Development Goals circular economy principles. Therefore, been synthesized using extracts, including gold, silver, titanium dioxide, zinc, copper, platinum, zirconium, iron, selenium, magnesium, nickel, sulfur, cobalt, palladium, indium nanoparticles, exhibit different biological activities such antioxidant, antimicrobial, dye degradation, cytotoxic, analgesic, sedative, wound-healing, skin protection, sensor development, plant-growth-promoting effects. this review summarizes advantages limitations agents synthesis.

Nanomaterials are materials with one or more nanoscale dimensions (internal external) (i.e., 1 to 100 nm). The nanomaterial shape, size, porosity, surface chemistry, and composition controlled at the nanoscale, this offers interesting properties compared bulk materials. This review describes how nanomaterials classified, their fabrication, functionalization techniques, growth-controlled mechanisms. First, history of is summarized then different classification methods, based on dimensionality (0–3D), (carbon, inorganic, organic, hybrids), origin (natural, incidental, engineered, bioinspired), crystal phase (single phase, multiphase), dispersion state (dispersed aggregated), presented. Then, synthesis methods discussed classified in function starting material (bottom-up top-down), reaction (gas, plasma, liquid, solid), nature dispersing forces (mechanical, physical, chemical, physicochemical, biological). Finally, challenges synthesizing for research commercial use highlighted.

Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) have piqued the curiosity of researchers all over world due to their extensive biological activity. The key pathways for synthesizing nanoparticles are physical and chemical, usually expensive possibly hazardous to the environment. In recent past, evaluation of green chemistry or biological techniques metal from plant extracts has drawn attention many researchers. literature on production using various metals (i.e., gold, silver, zinc, titanium palladium) is discussed in this study. generalized mechanism nanoparticle synthesis involves reduction, stabilization, nucleation, aggregation capping, followed by characterization. During biosynthesis, major difficulties often faced maintaining structure, size yield particles can be solved monitoring development parameters such as temperature, pH reaction period. In recent ages, green nanotechnology has gained attraction in the synthesis of metallic nanoparticles due to their cost-effectiveness, simple preparation steps, and environmentally-friendly. present study, copper oxide (CuO NPs) were prepared using Parthenium hysterophorus whole plant aqueous extract as a reducing, stabilizing, capping agent. The CuO NPs characterized via UV-Vis Spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), powder X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission (TEM), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). spectra showed surface plasmonic resonance band occur at 340 nm. Green synthesis approaches of metal nanoparticles and oxide from plant extracts have become a focus research attention in an era environmentally friendly development due to the simplicity, low cost, benefits environmental sustainability compared chemical physical routes. This current review article introduces data 85 selected articles that were synthesized ZnO NPs Ag using different parts (such as leaves, fruits, flowers, stems, bark, rhizomes, roots, seeds), with specific on their biomedical applications are 40 antibacterial properties mechanism action .in addition anticancer potential (in vitro) at time or dose-independent MTT assay 5 studies vivo). Several used model cell lines exhibit cytotoxicity ZnONPs AgNPs. Different proved particle size shape is significant factor indicates antimicrobial effectiveness NPs. Our results showed Ag-NPs display excellent for both metal/metal biocompatibility.
