Background: Tobacco intake has led to negative impacts on the neurological and endocrine systems, possibly due compromised immune system that is linked tobacco use. Despite long history of using plant (Nicotiana tabacum L.), cigarettes dominate global market, making up 96% all sales manufactured products. being taken in smokeless form, reports indicate toxic negatively affected several bodily cellular activities. This study looked at how an alcoholic extract made from Nicotiana leaf Wistar male rats' reproductive parameters. According estimates World Health Organization, usage resulted 100 million deaths worldwide throughout 20th century, 5.4 fatalities 2004. Except for humans, non-human primates, guinea pigs, livers most mammalian species synthesis vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, a six- carbon lactone molecule.
