Intelligent transportation systems (ITS) face increasing challenges in coping with complex urban traffic scenarios, including congestion propagation, vehicle rerouting, and the combined impact of environmental factors. The study proposes a framework based on generative adversarial networks (GANs) advanced cross-modal data generation techniques to reconstruct, simulate, predict scenarios high fidelity. improves perception prediction capabilities by generating synthetic images, videos, text-based event alerts, effectively filling gaps caused scarcity or sensor failure. is validated real disturbance scenario - sudden closure main road during peak hours. results show that performs very well: anomaly detection rate improved 12%, structural similarity index (SSIM) spatial reconstruction reaches 0.95, accuracy (CPA) 91%. Digital platforms have increasingly been utilized for personalized nutrition interventions in the management of chronic diseases. This meta-analysis evaluates their efficacy by synthesizing data from 55 studies involving 16,280 participants, focusing on three critical outcomes: weight management, glycemic control, and cardiovascular health. AI-based demonstrated significant clinical improvements, achieving an average reduction 4.6 kg, HbA1c decrease 1.1%, LDL cholesterol 18.6 mg/dL. Wearable-integrated systems delivered even greater outcomes some cases, including 5.2 kg 1.3%, reflecting added benefit continuous monitoring real-time feedback. Effective treatments for chronic diseases like liver fibrosis and vascular disorders remain challenging due to difficulties in achieving targeted drug delivery consistent results. In this study, we developed tested vitamin A-modified micelles biomimetic nanoclusters as potential tools treatment. Aim: This study evaluated the impact of retinal extracellular matrix (ECM) and key biomaterial substrates on motility transplantable cells with genomic manipulation, using therapeutic molecule, Topoisomerase II beta (Top2b), as a model.
