As dressings for moist wound healing, hyaluronic acid hydrogels play a significant role in maintaining moisture and promoting healing. However, existing hydrogel are inadequate terms of slow gelation time, weak mechanical performance, fast degradation, which increases the risk secondary infections during treatment. Therefore, we developed double network (DNH). Compared to single-network (hydrazone Diels–Alder), DNH shows short time (25 s) strong properties (Young’s modulus = 82 kPa). These advantages enable immediately fill irregular shape after remain intact being squeezed. Swelling tests indicated that had suitable swelling ratio maintained its structural integrity swelling. We evaluated use as dressing full-thickness healing vivo. DNH-treated wounds healed faster, with enhanced blood vessel formation macrophage polarization than gauze-treated wounds. findings suggest not only accelerates but also improves tissue regeneration. may be
