This chapter introduces climate justice and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with a special focus on Indigenous peoples, whose contribution to GHG emission is very low, yet they are among first suffer progression of change via degradation environment displacement communities. It critiques possible contradictions SDGs, namely Climate Action (SDG13) Life Land (SDG15), reality, claiming that these frameworks often crafted without taking into consideration people's rights.
