Abstract Fusarium crown rot and wheat sharp eyespot are major soil-borne diseases of wheat, causing serious losses to yield in China. Beneficial microorganisms, including members of the Trichoderma genus, are known for their ability to promote plant growth and disease resistance, as well being alternatives synthetic inputs in agriculture. With a reduction in available chemical treatments, there is an increased interest biological control of grapevine trunk diseases. Abstract Biocontrol by inoculation with beneficial microbes is a proven strategy for reducing the negative effect of soil-borne pathogens. The effects Trichoderma harzianum LTR-2 and Arthrobacter ureafaciens DnL1-1 on Fusarium crown rot (FCR) disease influencing microbial community structure in wheat root-zone were evaluated plot experiment. experimental design consisted four treatments: (1) control, (2) pseudograminearum Fp (FP), (3) F. + (LFP), (4) (HFP). results showed that seeds coated spore suspension combination had relative control efficacies 50.77% 67.73% FCR disease, increased yield 58.32% 64.19%, respectively. Illumina MiSeq sequencing revealed bacterial fungal abundance diversity significantly higher ( P < 0.05) both treatment groups (HFP LFP) than FP groups. Principal coordinates analyses communities distinctly separated among Fungal composition analysis demonstrated phytopathogenic fungi Alternaria , Cladosporium decreased Mortierella Gamsia was more enriched HFP LFP group. Bacterial microbes, such as Bacillus Streptomyces abundant LEfSe indicated key different genera, e.g. Tetracladium (fungus), Sphingomonas Ramlibacter (bacteria), which negatively correlated TP treatment.
