This study presents a novel approach that integrates hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) technology with circular economy principles to optimize the management of nitrogen and phosphorus in agricultural wastewater. Given increasing global resource scarcity continuous ecological degradation, valorization biomass wastewater has become critical pathway for promotion sustainable development. Biomass wastewater, which contains crop residues, forestry leftovers, food processing byproducts, long been regarded as useless waste. The production of heterogeneous solid waste, such as municipal waste (MSW), construction and demolition (CDW), industrial (ISW), has increased dramatically in recent decades, its management is one today’s biggest concerns. Using a resource to produce value-added materials char the most promising strategies for successful sustainable management. Virtually any type through various thermochemical technologies, including torrefaction, pyrolysis, hydrothermal carbonization, gasification, can with potential material energy applications.
