Abstract
Background
There
is
an
increasing
disease
trend
for
SARS-COV-2,
so
need
a
quick
and
affordable
diagnostic
method.
It
should
be
highly
accurate
save
costs
compared
to
other
methods.
The
purpose
of
this
research
achieve
these
goals.
Methods
This
study
analyzed
342
samples
using
TaqMan
One-Step
RT-qPCR
fast
RT-LAMP
(Reverse
Transcriptase
Loop-Mediated
Isothermal
Amplification).

Respiratory
Infections
(ARIs)
through
point-of-care
(POC)
rapid
testing
post-pandemic
scenario,
paying
particular
attention

In
the

years,
COVID-19
pandemic
has
increased
usage
of
antigen
rapid
test
(ART)
kits
and
improper
disposal
