Abstract Background There is an increasing disease trend for SARS-COV-2, so need a quick and affordable diagnostic method. It should be highly accurate save costs compared to other methods. The purpose of this research achieve these goals. Methods This study analyzed 342 samples using TaqMan One-Step RT-qPCR fast RT-LAMP (Reverse Transcriptase Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification). LAMP assay was conducted assess the sensitivity specificity. Results reported positive two different In method, saliva had 92 (26.9%) 250 negative (73.09%) nasopharynx 94 (27.4%) 248 (72.51%). 86 (25.1%) 256 (74.8%) 93 (27.1%) 249 (72.8%). agreement between tests in 93% 94% respectively, based on Cohen’s kappa coefficient (κ) ( P < 0.001). rate technique at dilution 1 × 10 100% Conclusions Based results has multiple advantages. These include simplicity, cost-effectiveness, high sensitivity, shows promise as tool. can help manage outbreaks, ensure prompt treatment, safeguard public health by providing rapid, easy-to-use testing.

This review provides a comprehensive summary of evidence to explore the role and value differential diagnosis in management Acute Respiratory Infections (ARIs) through point-of-care (POC) rapid testing post-pandemic scenario, paying particular attention coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). In the last few years, COVID-19 pandemic has increased usage of antigen rapid test (ART) kits and improper disposal these led to mixing toxic chemical compounds present in ART reagent solution container into drinking water sources. When consumed with water, can be harmful both humans aquatic life. Therefore, this research presents a study on photocatalytic degradation Antigen Rapid Test-Reagent (ART-RS) using single-phase titanium oxycarbide - TiO0.25 C0.75 (TiOC) photocatalyst synthesized through solid-state reaction. The samples were studied various characterization tools analyze their structural, morphological, optical characteristics. experiment, it was found that exhibited superior ART-RS efficiency 77% compared commercial dioxide (22%). improved is attributed combination several factors. These factors include narrower band gap, more efficient charge transfer kinetics, enhanced absorption visible light, an upward shift valence (VB) edge oxycarbide. collective effects contribute activity.
