Background.
Breast
cancer

leading
cause
of
cancer-related
deaths
among
women
worldwide,
including
in
Ukraine.

expression
effectiveness
trastuzumab
treatment
with
metastatic
HER2-positive
cancer.
Materials
Methods.
The
study
involved
78
diagnosed
inclusion
criteria
for
included
histologically
immunohistochemically
confirmed
cancer,
disease,
trastuzumab,
availability
an
archival
tumor
tissue
sample,
aged
over
18
years,
absence

comorbidities
that
could
lead
death
within
next
two
years.
Immunohistochemical

Abstract
Macrophages
are
a
highly
plastic
cell
type
that
adopt
distinct
subtypes
and
functional
states
depending
on
environmental
cues.
