So far, various genetic mutations have been observed in hepatocellular related with tumorigenesis due to genomic instability. However, clinical characteristic therapeutic value HCC were extent unknown. In present study, by analyzing gene mutation landscape tissues from TCGA database, we demonstrated that TTN (titin) was high-frequency HCC, relevant poor prognosis HCC. had no relationship immune signature but linked change drug sensitivity GSK1904529A, nilotinib, 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) sapitinib. Furthermore, through performing TIDE algorithm, CCK-8 assays, colony formation cell sphere-forming experiment, vivo transplantation experiment biological experiments investigated association between sensitivity. We found led increased stability protein, which depletion results decrease intracellular ferrous ion content, inhibiting ferroptosis pathway, significantly reduced 5-FU vitro vivo. These findings cause reduce 5-FU, reducing treatment efficacy. conclusion, our studies provided initial evidences can sever as biomarker for predicting prognosis, signature, molecular targets therapy It provides new idea solving resistance response treatment. Abstract Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as crucial regulators in various cellular processes, including cancer progression and stress response. Recent studies demonstrated that copper accumulation induces a unique form of cell death known cuproptosis, with lncRNAs playing key role regulating cuproptosis-associated pathways. These may trigger cell-specific responses to stress, presenting new opportunities prognostic markers therapeutic targets. This paper delves into the cuproptosis-mediated cancer, underscoring their potential biomarkers targets for innovative strategies. A thorough review scientific literature was conducted, utilizing databases such PubMed, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, search terms like 'lncRNAs,' 'cuproptosis,' 'cancer.' Studies were selected based on relevance lncRNA regulation cuproptosis pathways implications prognosis treatment. The highlights significant contribution cuproptosis-related genes pathways, impacting metabolism, mitochondrial responses, apoptotic signaling. Specific are breast, lung, liver, ovarian, pancreatic, gastric cancers. objective this article is explore cancers mediated by cuproptosis.

Abstract The increasing use of metal oxide nanoparticles demands a better understanding their health impact. Here, we report the synthesis copper (I) (Cu 2 O NPs) using cost‐effective chemical methods and assessed photocatalytic, antibacterial, anticancer properties. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) pattern verified its cubic structure. average crystallite size 11 nm was obtained Scherrer method. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy confirmed formation Cu NPs. spherical morphology through field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) analysis. High‐resolution transmission (HRTEM) estimated to be around 15 nm. photoelectron (XPS) spectra NPs showed peaks at 931.75 951.82 eV, corresponding 2p 3/2 1/2 , respectively. UV–vis revealed optical direct bandgap (2.33 eV) Under light irradiation, catalyst achieved tetracycline (TC) degradation efficiency 80% within 75 min. antibacterial properties against Klebsiella pneumoniae Bacillus subtilis agar disk diffusion have been investigated. also exhibited significant activity MCF‐7 cancer cells MTT assay, with an IC 50 value 18.88 µg/mL.

Using carbon‐based nanoparticles, such as diamond, graphite, fullerene, and nanotubes, has increased their research possible strategies for drug delivery to control diseases, especially cancer. However, because these materials, when interacting with the living environment, release substances that are capable of inducing cell death by themselves, it is vital importance analyze type particle can induce. Although there different efforts describe kind nanoparticles used treat diseases cancer, no paper explains mechanisms induced nanoparticle systems. Therefore, this attempts gain cutting‐edge information on using nanopolymorphisms mechanism particles produce. In conclusion, carbon interact directly membranes, causing physical damage disturbing integrity membrane. This alteration mainly lead necrosis or apoptosis. The definition a predominant each depends dose‐dependent manner. Primarily, concentrations cytotoxicity were 100–500 μg/mL. several studies analyzed, was only find nanodiamonds proved not be cytotoxic.

Abstract Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is regarded as a transitional stage in the progression from to gastric tumors. Although preserved egg white (PEW) recognized for its anti-inflammatory properties, precise impact and mechanisms treating inflammation are not fully understood. This study employed an integrative approach, combining network pharmacology with experimental validation, elucidate therapeutic effects of PEW on CAG underlying mechanisms. Through pharmacology, potential targets associated signaling pathways were identified. The results indicated that peptides within involved intervention alongside 61 targets. KEGG enrichment analysis unveiled 99 pathways. Molecular docking revealed favorable binding properties between PEW’s main active compounds core model was established using N-Methyl-N´-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) comprehensive method. Cellular experiments demonstrated significant reduction secretion IL-6 (41.73%), IL-8 (20.35%), TNF-α (31.49%), while enhancing cell proliferation motility ( P < 0.05). Animal showed alignment rat tissue glands, increased pepsin activity, reduced inflammatory factors serum, regulation Bcl-2 NF-κB expression following treatment. These findings collectively highlight CAG, presenting promising alternative treatment approach.
