Advanced metastatic cardia cancer is an intractable malignance with poor prognosis. It often accompanied by upper digestive tract obstruction, which seriously affects the quality of patients. Therefore, effective relief eating obstruction important goal in treatment cancer. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have shown significant efficacy cancer, but only a small percentage patients will benefit from them due to immune resistance. Oncolytic viruses been enhance ICIs altering microenvironment. This indicates that oncolytic virus has potential value overcoming resistance Here, we present case local recurrent and multiple obstruction. After 4 cycles chemotherapy plus ICI therapy, patient´s metastases were shrink, carida lesion almost unchanged. Then implemented exploratory injection recombinant human adenovirus type 5(H101) into painless gastroscopy. Surprisingly, shrank significantly, was greatly relieved.
