With the advent of Climate Change and Global Warming, highly populated urban spaces are becoming more prone to various Environmental disasters. While forest good sinks CO2, it is impossible introduce them into urban-level planning. In this context, nurturing Urban Green Spaces within cities, can serve well perform regulatory functions just like forests do. However, also imperative that their inception, must ensure effective carbon sequestration. The objective current research includes determination sequestration value for ‘tree’ species, which eventually would identify species with potential better in Strategic Sustainable Township Guidelines. To accomplish objective, firstly three observatories (Richard’s Park, BMSIT&M Campus, Lalbagh Botanical Garden) having distinct floral diversity were selected. Further, physical data collection was undertaken at these employed biomass computation viz. ‘Biostatistics-based Allometric’ equation. ABSTRACT Algae–bacteria symbiosis (ABS) as a sustainable wastewater treatment process has drawn mounting attention. However, nontrivial CO 2 emissions were still present in municipal due to the inadequate carbon fixation efficiency of microalgae under low level. The obtained UV‐induced mutant Chlorella vulgaris MIHL4 performed higher capability (14.5%) and biomass productivity (25.3%) with improved photosynthetic fluorescence parameters enzyme activities compared wild‐type C. . This research lays a foundation for optimised membrane photobioreactor performance and introduces novel control parameters crucial advancing microalgae cultivation techniques promoting environmental sustainability. Particularly, this study presents an innovative solids retention time (SRT) controller designed pilot-scale photobioreactor. Employing fuzzy-logic knowledge-based approach, uses the first derivative of pH data dynamics (pH′) as input variable, directly correlated with nitrogen recovery rate biomass productivity when normalised by average light irradiance (I2). Through feedback mechanism, it regulates daily SRT variations, ensuring stable reactor operation, optimal volatile suspended concentration, efficient removal, enhanced productivity. Normalised rate, considering solar increased 51% compared to previous studies employing fixed hydraulic (HRT). Combining previously studied HRT could potentially amplify efficiency. In addition, controlling or not are assessed in terms filtration GHG emissions. Finally, new dissolved-oxygen-based parameter shows promise continuous culture control.
