pretreatment
methods

suitable
fermentation
substrate.

working
quickly
or
adaptively

This
study
established
sludge-degradation
microorganism
preservation
(SDMP)
method
by
integrating
rhamnolipid
(RL)
high-speed
hydrocyclone
(HSHC)
fully
use
enriched
microorganisms
with
decomposing
enzymes/abilities
at
decline
phase
organic
matters
bioconversion.
The
results
showed
SDMP
efficiently
cracked
extracellular
polymeric
substances
(EPS)
but
preserved
enhanced
microbial
viability
activity
of
hydrolytic
acidifying
enzymes.
Then
volatile
fatty
acids
(VFAs)
production
cycle
treated
was
shortened
36.25%
than
alkaline
sludge,
yield
reached
4482.19
mgCOD/L
in
3
days
matter
conversion
rate

mgCOD/gVSS.

Short-time
