Composting is a biological aerobic fermentation process that decomposes organic solid waste and converts it into humus. However, in the of mineralization or humification matter, large amount nitrogen will be lost. Therefore, very essential to find strategies increase retention during composting. This study elucidated mechanism underlying promotion straw composting through addition leucine (TL) phenylalanine (TP). The results indicated total (TN) content TL TP final products were 92.97% 103.90% higher than initial composting, respectively, 92.68% 92.58% CK (no amino acids addition) control group. was due succession bacterial community structure, from low-modularity relationship with small high aggregation number modular cooperation. evolution complexity stability played an important role transformation. keystones regulated change function. this interaction made nitrogen-fixing gene (nifH) abundance effect significantly improve inhibits denitrification temperature. negative growth loss rate also confirmed key bacteria. positive improving

This study conducted composting experiments using cow manure and wheat straw, employing five different treatment methods (CK, magnetized water treatment-M, combined with biochar treatment-SM, ferrous sulfate treatment-FM, Bacillus megaterium treatment-GM), aiming to accelerate the maturation process reduce carbon loss. The results of showed that SM entered thermophilic phase on second day lasted for 9 days, resulting in best effect. FM increased content compost, effectively preserving sources. principal component analysis revealed significant differences microbial community structures due treatments. Additionally, structural equation modeling observations indicated treatments affected compost environment, thereby influencing activity content. Overall, positively process, while preserved sources compost.
