In China, the co-landfill of stabilized MSW incineration fly ash (FA) and raw is a historical legacy issue, which can affect stability heavy metals in FA stabilization process MSW. This study investigates recirculating semi-aerobic co-landfilling system FA, focusing on landfill gas emissions metal leaching. Three columns with varying recirculation frequencies were established for simulated experiments. Results indicate that leachate enhances microbial activity but causes accumulation NH4+-N COD, inhibiting organic matter decomposition. Recirculation frequency does not significantly CO2 production, peak concentrations S1 natural rainfall, S2 weekly recirculation, S3 bi-daily at 245 days being 60.95%, 58.42%, 61.86%, respectively. Compared delayed exerted positive effect mitigating Cd Pb Heavy leaching driven by pH fluctuations, carbonation, frequency. Early acidic conditions increase release, while certain degree carbonation stabilizes Pb, Ni, Cr. However, Zn Cu mobility depends balance between acid carbonation. contamination reduces metabolic production altering communities. Abstract Homemade manure tea (HMT) is commonly used in North Africa to enhance crop yields. Yet their physicochemical and biological characteristics remain poorly understood. This study evaluated oxygen hydrobiological profiles of three types HMT (bovine, ovine poultry based, respectively noted HMTb, HMTo, HMTp) compared them control solutions water supplemented with soluble NPK fertilizer. For these HMT, were measured daily over a 7-day incubation period repeated, identical experiments, each comprising randomized treatments five repetitions per treatment. Our results show that all rapidly transitioned hypoxic conditions the first 24h, shifting anoxia between day 2 7 depending on type. anoxic environment promoted denitrification led elevated NH 4 + concentrations, suggesting presence anammox microaerobic processes. Particulate organic matter contents bacterial densities highest HMTp, while ciliate HMTb. Lignin is the main natural refractory organic compound in landfills and primary factor impeding stability of landfills. This study investigated effects mechanism associated with lignin degradation agent (LD) enhancement decomposition semi-aerobic The results demonstrated that after LD inoculation, laccase, manganese peroxidase, peroxidase activities related to increased by 44.95%, 89.47%, 97.07% during middle landfill stage, respectively. At end experiment, contents (hemicellulose content + cellulose content)/lignin ratio had decreased 20.76% 9.84%, respectively, whereas humic acid/fulvic acid 197.25% treatment. Chaetomium Microscaceae inoculant successfully colonized became dominant microorganisms. Simultaneously, inoculation stimulated enrichment indigenous lignin-degrading microorganisms (Cellvibrionaceae Chrysosporium) exogenous-indigenous microorganism interactions synergistically enhanced carbohydrate amino metabolism. microbial network analysis, Mantel test, structural equation model showed reorganized optimized community structure, synergistic among microorganisms, effectively promoted secretion alleviated barrier preventing biodegradation lignocellulose. Bioaugmenting an accelerates lignocellulose solid waste, shortens stabilization time, reduces their environmental impacts.
