Abstract
Objective:
We
used
microbiology
and
molecular
biology
techniques
to
screen
out
high
temperature
low
resistant
saprobiotics
for
compost
prepared
a
compound
fermentation
bacteria
agent
rapidly
ferment
cattle
manure
into
high-quality
organic
fertilizer
in
season.
Methods:
Conventional
composting
high-throughput
were
analyze
the
changes
of
physical
chemical
indexes
biodiversity
process
composting,
from
which
strains
obtained,
solid
composite
bactericides
added
verify
effects
on
composting.
Results:
The
conventional
cycle
took
22
days,
diversity

To
evaluate
the
