Covers terraces are becoming increasingly widespread, given their advantages in terms of regulating the building's climate and speed at which rainwater runs off. The first article this research consisted selecting plantations capable withstanding conditions terraces, while second dealt with effect terrace coverings on temperature inside buildings. Although sedums most widely used plant species for covering building have shown best resilience adaptability green roofs, additional ecosystem services can be provided by native plants, suggesting future to optimize composition cover sustainable roofs. This compares different thicknesses humidity covers (5 cm 10 cm), buildings during four seasons. results show that thick has a humidity-increases warm period (+ 3,01%). 5 humidity-reducing cold (-0,2%). Also, maximum relative decreased 9.48%, 13.25%.
