This
study

Returning
livestock
manure
to
the
cropland
as
organic
fertilizer
is
a
sustainable
and
environmentally
friendly
treatment
method,
but
its
application
also
alters
soil
microenvironment.
However,
impact
of
microbial
community
disturbance
pollutant
accumulation
from
different
types
fertilizers
remains
largely
unknown
in
South
China.
To
fill
this
gap,
we
investigated
effects
fertilizers,
including
chicken
manure,
pig
vermicompost
on
bacterial
fungal
communities
environmental
risks.
The
results
show
that
applying
effectively
increases
nutrient
content.
High-throughput
sequencing
bacteria
fungi
showed
had
differential
structure,
with
highest
number
microbe-specific
OTUs
vermicomposting
treatment.
Additionally,
study
found
no
risk
heavy
metal
(Cu,
Zn,
Pb,
Cr
Cd)
contamination
short-term
application,
there
was
antibiotic
(ENR
CHL)
contamination.
Functional
microorganisms
regulating
metals
antibiotics
were
identified
by
RDA
analysis.
This
facilitates
screening
can
be
safely
returned
field
well
developing
strategies
regulate
functional
microbes.
Difficulty
in
degrading
lignocellulose
during
composting
leads
to
reduced
humic
substance
content
mineralization.
Because
of
this,
the
experiment
is
focused
on
investigating
