This study aimed to develop a rapid composting method using Trichoderma harzianum culture of liquid state. Assessment physico-chemical properties and nutritional qualities composted crop residues generated by Tricho-composting is another concern. Different types (Rice straw, Sugarcane bagasse, Black gram Mustard straw) were with T. IMI 392432 in randomized block design three replications. Composting was conducted cement slabs, maintaining pH range 6.55 7.40. Temperature peaked at 10°-15°C during thermophilic activity before declining. Moisture content decreased gradually, 15-20% retained the finished compost. Weight loss ranged from 40.50% 51.60%, decomposition time varied 67.33 96.00 days wherein mustard straw decomposed fast. bagasse slowly black faster despite having less carbon. exhibited significant weight though their carbon abundant initially. Despite losses time, sugarcane rice longer than other residues. The highest phosphorus potash found treatment T2. Returning livestock manure to the cropland as organic fertilizer is a sustainable and environmentally friendly treatment method, but its application also alters soil microenvironment. However, impact of microbial community disturbance pollutant accumulation from different types fertilizers remains largely unknown in South China. To fill this gap, we investigated effects fertilizers, including chicken manure, pig vermicompost on bacterial fungal communities environmental risks. The results show that applying effectively increases nutrient content. High-throughput sequencing bacteria fungi showed had differential structure, with highest number microbe-specific OTUs vermicomposting treatment. Additionally, study found no risk heavy metal (Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr Cd) contamination short-term application, there was antibiotic (ENR CHL) contamination. Functional microorganisms regulating metals antibiotics were identified by RDA analysis. This facilitates screening can be safely returned field well developing strategies regulate functional microbes.

Difficulty in degrading lignocellulose during composting leads to reduced humic substance content mineralization. Because of this, the experiment is focused on investigating effect clay addition with Fenton-like effects preprocessing substance. Setting treatment groups were CK, Z, FeZ, and mineral CK+, Z+, FeZ+. The results showed that group(FeZ)increased precursor by 31.3%. minerals increased conversion: FeZ+ > FeZ Z+ Z CK+ CK. pre-treatment resulted a significant, amount generated each group was 120.0 mg/g (CK), 141.6 (CK+), 135.8 (Z), 160.4 (Z+), 165.2 (FeZ), 180.9 (FeZ+), at same time component varies. Upon coupling treatment, microbial structure becomes progressively more complex, dominant genera change, diversity increases. Structural equations confirm pretreatment combined can affect promoting transformation. On other hand, it alter community promote production fixation. This study provides new insights theoretical support for stable increase
