Abstract The tolerance and degradation characteristics of a marine oil‐degrading strain Acinetobacter sp. ABSTRACT The global concern over health issues related to heavy metal pollution has driven the adoption of various treatment technologies. investigation into optimal conditions for cadmium biosorption and bioaccumulation was conducted using a resilient bacterial strain, Pseudomonas aeruginosa DR7, which isolated from ponds. equilibrium time adsorption process living cells much longer than that non‐living cells, about 240 min, indicates have intracellular accumulation delay process. Living favored pH 6.0, while showed higher efficiency at 7.0, demonstrating pH‐dependent nature biosorption.
