Small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) are ideal biomarkers for early diagnosis of tumors, but their low density and small size make them difficult to enrich detect in body fluid samples. This study combined dielectrophoresis (DEP) with immunoaffinity methods proposed a novel, fast, efficient acDEP-sEV immunochip, which by filling the chip reaction chamber antibody-conjugated microbeads, nonuniform electric field can be constructed, laminar flow disrupted, mass transfer efficiency improved, fluorescence signals focused, ultimately achieving rapid, sensitive, adjustable sEVs capture detection. method only requires 20–50 μL plasma sample liquid biopsy less than 35 min. We analyzed total sEVs, EpCAM, MUC1 positive clinical samples, found that evaluation multiple has extremely high sensitivity, accuracy, specificity. Meanwhile, also achieved limit detection 54 sEV/μL. hybrid approach provides new strategy rapid sensitive cancer other diseases based on sEVs.

Background Urine turbidity is a significant diagnostic marker for early screening of urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and other related conditions. However, current methods analyzing urine often rely on subjective assessments. This study aims to investigate the relationship between color values measured by spectrophotometer, providing an objective quantification method both color, while also exploring underlying causes turbidity. Methods A cross-sectional was conducted among newly enrolled university students undergoing physical examination in Beijing. Basic demographic information morning samples were collected. assessed using human visual evaluation chemical analyzer, CIE L*a*b* (International Commission illumination) spectrophotometer. Routine performed Correlations turbidity, dry parameters analyzed. Results total 1220 participants (68.7% female, mean age: 23.66 years) included study. Spearman correlation analysis showed that significantly negatively correlated with L* (lightness) positively a* (redness) b* (yellowness). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) highly effective distinguishing different levels, 89.165 achieving excellent sensitivity specificity (AUC = 0.984) 96% accuracy identifying turbid urine.
