(Xf), a gram-negative bacterium, is notorious, world-wide plant pathogen with an extended latent period that presents challenge for early disease detection and control interventions. We used thermal imaging of tissue-cultured, experimentally Xf-infected blueberry plants to identify visually pre-symptomatic leaves compared the minimum force required dislodge symptomatic from infected on uninfected (control) plants. For two different cultivars one pathogenic isolate

Crops were the main source of human food, which have met increasingly diversified demand consumers. Sensors used to monitor crop phenotypes and environmental information in real time, will provide a theoretical reference for optimizing growth environment, resisting biotic abiotic stresses, improve yield. Compared with non-contact monitoring methods such as optical imaging remote sensing, wearable sensing technology had higher time spatial resolution. However, existing sensors mainly rigid mechanical structures, easy cause damage organs, there still challenges terms accuracy biosafety. Emerging flexible attracted wide attention field phenotype due their excellent properties biocompatibility. The article introduced key technologies involved preparation from aspects materials advanced processes. function was highlighted, including nutrient, physiological, ecological environment information. principle, performance together pros cons each sensor analyzed. Furthermore, future opportunities devices discussed detail new theory, materials, wireless power supply agricultural network, smart management system based on sensors, realize efficient production resources.
