Programmed cell death (PCD) plays a crucial role in the biological processes of living organisms and occurs various forms, such as apoptosis, necroptosis ferroptosis. However, traditional methods for PCD analysis are time-consuming complex. In this paper, we propose facile surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS)-based strategy real-time three patterns utilizing black phosphorus–gold nanoparticles (BP–Au NPs) ultrasensitive unlabeled probe. BP–Au NPs, which possess excellent biocompatibility, capable detecting dye molecules at concentrations low [Formula: see text][Formula: text]M remain stable least one week different physiological environments. view this, NPs-based SERS technique can distinguish tiny differences molecular fingerprints cancer cells undergoing (apoptosis, ferroptosis) triggered by doxorubicin, shikonin erastin, respectively. We also have monitoring intracellular events during PCD, spy fluctuations some typical bands assigned to protein, DNA lipid, revealing unique phenotypic characteristics each pattern. This provides detailed comprehensive mechanisms drug-induced level.

Abstract The success of graphene oxides has gained extensive research interests in developing novel 2D nanomaterials (NMs). WS 2 nanosheets (NSs) are transition metal‐based NMs, but their toxicity is unclear. In this study, we investigated the oral NSs to mouse intestines. Male mice were administrated with vehicles, 1, 10, or 100 mg/kg via intragastric route, once a day, for 5 days. results indicate that did not induce pathological ultrastructural changes There minimal trace elements exposure W accumulation, and only Co levels dose‐dependently increased. Lipid droplets observed all groups mice, lipidomics data significantly decreased four lipid species, belonging phosphatidylcholine (PC). proteins regulating autophagic lipolysis, namely, LC3, lysosomal associated membrane protein (LAMP2) perilipin (PLIN2), increased, it was statistically different LC3. study suggest repeated induced influences on injury, element balance, autophagy, profiles intestines, indicating relatively high biocompatibility intestine route.

Developing powerful immunoassays for sensitive and real-time detection of targets has always been a challenging task. Due to their advantages direct readout, controllable sensing, low background interference, photothermal have become type new technology that can be used various applications such as disease diagnosis, environmental monitoring, food safety. By modification with antibodies, materials induce temperature changes by converting light energy into heat, thereby reporting specific target recognition events. This article reviews the design application based on different materials, including noble metal nanomaterials, carbon-based two-dimensional oxide sulfide Prussian blue nanoparticles, small organic molecules, polymers, etc. It pays special attention role working principle immunoassays. Additionally, challenges prospects future development are briefly discussed.

Detection of Helicobacter pylori is essential for the prevention gastric cancer. By detecting metabolized NH3, it was able to noninvasively reveal state H. pylori; however, still a challenge since NH3 concentration much lower conventional gas sensors. Herein, we developed MoS2-based sensor continuous, real-time monitoring growth. The atomic thin layer and all-exposed surface MoS2 facilitate adsorption charge transferring. A high-response prepared by decoration depositing metal nanoparticles. Fe-decorated outperformed with high response 40.9% 5.7 ppm at 25 ± 2 °C, low LOD (6.2 ppb), long-term stability 12.5% after 5 months. applied detection in situ its 92 h growth cycle. release curve exponential phase during continuously monitored, quantified. maximum specific rate 0.195 0.005 h–1, which well-consistent nature This study opens up technological roadmap noninvasive future.
