Aptamer-based immunotherapy can be a new hope for treating solid tumors with personalized and specific approaches toward cancer therapies. Aptamers are small synthetic single-stranded nucleic acids that may bring in paradigm shift tumors. These highly selective drugs applied cellular immunotherapy, cytokine modulation, immune checkpoint suppression. This review provides an overview of the recent advances aptamer-based technologies key clinical trials involving AON-D21 AM003. potently active regulation tumor targeting. Migrasomes are newly discovered extracellular organelles released by migrating cells, such as immune tumor and other special functional cells like podocytes embryonic cells. They contain a diverse array of constituents, including proteins, lipids, RNA which can be to the designated location activate surrounding thereby facilitating intercellular communication signal transduction. Since then, our understanding mechanism function migrasomes has expanded exponentially, with recent evidence indicating they involved in various physiological pathological processes, particularly regulation. Furthermore, methods techniques for extracting, detecting, characterizing constantly advancing. Herein, we summarize current their key roles modulating responses, well prospective challenges clinical application, aiming provide novel insights into emerging organelles.

Aptamerler, tek sarmallı, kısa, sentetik nükleik asit dizileridir. Çeşitli hedef moleküllere karşı yüksek afinite gösteren ve spesifik olarak bağlanan aptamerler, gıdalarda bulunabilecek patojen mikroorganizmalar, biyotoksinler, alerjenler, pestisitler ağır metaller gibi çeşitli risk faktörlerinin hassas bir şekilde tespiti için kullanılmaktadır. Gıda güvenliği açısından oluşturan aptamerlerin seçilmesi SELEX adı verilen süreçle gerçekleştirilir. Seçilen aptamer, molekül ile özgün etkileşime girer bu etkileşim elektrokimyasal, optik veya diğer biyosensör teknikler kullanılarak ölçülür. analizlerinde kullanılan geleneksel yöntemlere kıyasla daha hızlı sonuçlar veren, özgüllüğe duyarlılığa sahip aptamer tabanlı duyulan ilgi giderek artmaktadır. Bu derlemede genel özellikleri prensibiyle üretimleri özetlenmiş gıda alanındaki uygulamalarına örnekler verilmiştir.

Rapid and sensitive detection of cardiac troponin T (cTnT) through a portable device holds immense significance for the early diagnosis acute myocardial infarction in point-of-care settings. Herein, an electrochemiluminescence-based lateral flow assay (LFA) on microfluidic hybrid platform cTnT was developed using aptamer sandwich assay.
