Abstract
Background
Huntington's
disease
(HD)
could
cause
progressive
motor
deficits,
psychiatric
symptoms,
and
cognitive
impairment.
With
the
increasing
use
of
pharmacotherapies
theoretically
target
neurotransmitters,
incidence

is
still
not
decreasing.
However,
molecular
pathogenesis

Methods
The

generation
sequencing
dataset
GSE105041
was
downloaded
from
Gene
Expression
Omnibus
(GEO)
database.
Using
DESeq2
in
R
bioconductor
package
screen
differentially
expressed
genes
(DEGs)
between
samples

control
samples.

Background
The
hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal
(HPA)
axis
and
the
hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid
(HPT)

UD

Objectives:

nuclear
magnetic
resonance
(NMR)
metabolomic

liquid
chromatography-high-resolution
mass
spectrometry
(UHPLC-HRMS),
identified
key
bioactive
ST-65,
including
withanolides
from
bacosides
bacopa.
Results:
Our
findings
indicate
that
ST-65
treatment
significantly
alters
metabolic
profile

changes

increased
levels
metabolites

neuroprotection,
energy
metabolism,
antioxidant
defense.
Notable
enhancements
were
observed

amino

neuroprotective
compounds,
suggesting
