Background Metabolic Syndrome (MetS) is closely linked to cardiovascular disease. However, no studies have examined the relationship between Life’s Crucial 9 (LC9) and MetS. Our goal investigate potential association LC9 Methods We employed a weighted multivariate logistic regression model evaluate LC9, health behavior score, factors To assess robustness of this association, we conducted sensitivity analyses. Furthermore, utilized smooth curve fitting curvilinear relationships pinpoint inflection points, integrated recursive partitioning algorithms with two-stage linear model. Additionally, performed stratified analyses explore heterogeneity across different population subgroups. Results study included total 28,555 participants. In that accounted for all covariates, OR MetS was 0.941 (0.939, 0.944), indicating significant negative correlation two. Smooth analysis confirmed MetS, an point at 70.56. The evident both before after point, more pronounced effect point. Subgroup Health score as well by age, sex, BMI, showed groups exhibited consistent overall pattern. Conclusion scores metabolic syndrome indicates higher act protective factor against
