Emergency tents face challenges in harsh weather conditions and sometimes require the use of air conditioning for indoor thermal environment control. However, their lightweight structure makes control methods different from conventional buildings. This study focuses on comfort air-conditioned during summer. Through experimental measurements, this captures distribution temperatures inner surface within a tent, thus providing an understanding characteristics settings. Additionally, numerical simulations conducted using ANSYS FLUENT 2021 R1 calculate Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) Percentage Dissatisfied (PPD), contributing to detailed analysis states. The experiment revealed that mean radiative temperature (MRT) inside tent can exceed by more than 10 °C. Even when is around 26 °C, excessively high MRT cause occupants feel uncomfortable, with PMV exceeding 1.4 PPD surpassing 50%. Furthermore, results increased demand cooling airflow, loss through gaps becoming significant part load. To ensure comfortable environment, air-conditioning set needs be adjusted according conditions. For instance, even at same 35 solar radiation increases 400 W/m2 1000 W/m2, reduced 24.7 °C 20.7 findings provide important reference establishing summer strategies emergency tents.

In order to address significant issue of antibiotic-resistant patterns pathogen, current research aimed isolate hospital-acquired bacterial stains from premises many private public medical college hospitals in Dhaka, Bangladesh, India. MATERIALS AND METHODS: To conduct this study, samples were collected different units, example, intensive care unit, general ward, gynecological emergency ward outdoor employing swab technique method, transferred aseptically Microbiology Laboratory Stamford University Bangladesh. The drug-resistant profile isolates was estimated through disk-diffusion method. RESULTS: pattern clearly evident against seven antibiotics such as cefexime (5 μg), ciprofloxacin Co-Trimoxazole (25 cefuroxime (30 gentamycin (10 nalidixic acid Polymyxin B (300 μg). According our findings, Staphylococcus spp., Escherichia coli, Klebsiella Bacillus anthracis , Haemophilus influenza showed all except CONCLUSION: study revealed multidrug clinically identified pathogens which very alarming could be prime reason spading nosocomial infection.

This study aims analyze the shift in of hospital space, investigating impact permanent art gallery hospital's Gynecology Department on employees' well-being. Employing quasi-experimental design, final sample 116 employees (81 control group 74 experimental group) completed self-report measures before after installation. Three measurements were conducted at approximately 45-day intervals. The intervention resulted an immediate increase aesthetic experience, confirming emotional involvement. Additionally, demonstrated delayed positive effects restorativeness 45 days, positively affecting affective commitment work engagement. These findings highlight potential interventions healthcare settings enhance well-being, suggesting implications for organizational design employee satisfaction.

The recognized impact of healthcare facility design on patient well-being prompted this investigation into the influence variables satisfaction and length stay (LOS) within a single-center oncology unit. A survey-based methodology was employed at King Abdullah University Hospital (KAUH) to gather data from 88 participants. study focused inpatient rooms 10th floor, comparing single shared accommodations. Statistical analysis revealed significant difference in LOS between two room types, with patients experiencing shorter stays higher satisfaction. Privacy (PR) received highest mean score participant evaluations, followed by social support (SS) physical (PS) features. Visual appearance (VA) lowest score. correlation showed negative privacy, visual appearance, (p < 0.01), indicating that greater privacy better views (implicated score) are associated LOS. Correlations support, were weak not statistically significant. These findings underscore importance configuration shaping experience units highlight pivotal role influencing outcomes. They also stress need for human-centric considerations design. This knowledge can guide professionals, architects, policymakers optimizing spaces patients, illustrating how interplay built environment experiences potentially reshape care.
