A differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) is widely used for measuring the thermal properties of phase-change materials (PCMs). Optimizing test conditions based on material characteristics essential accurate results. This study investigates effects experimental parameters, including sample mass, heating rate, measurement modes, and atmosphere flow enthalpy temperature The findings indicate that variations in mass rate lead to significant changes temperatures, while an increase purge gas reduces PCM. Agriculture is an essential component of human sustenance in this world. These days, with a growing population, we must significantly increase agricultural productivity to meet demand. moved toward technologies as result the demand for higher yields less resources. Increasing awareness significance and influence practices global climate change has made use energy-efficient innovations vital aspect agriculture sector. The greenhouses provide controlled environments that encourage effective plant growth one current associated approaches. If not properly maintained, energy used run greenhouses' chillers, heaters, humidifiers, carbon dioxide (CO₂) generators, emissions becomes expensive. goal research create sustainable greenhouse model while achieving best requirements minimal energy. In order achieve lowest possible amount consumption, optimization considered temperature, humidity, CO₂ levels, sunlight parameters environment. Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) technique was utilized setting environmental growth, suggested system. system's inputs were plant-preferred factors, comfort achieved by applying ABC boost parameters' efficiency. Thermal insulation applications on the exterior facades of buildings have been subject numerous studies from past to present. Some these focus cost reduction effect insulation, while others emphasize its ecological benefits. In this study, multi-objective optimization, objectives which are minimum and CO2 emission, has carried out with NSGA-II method. emission calculations, in addition fuel-related emissions, carbon footprint all materials comprising wall also included. The optimization study examined four design variables: thickness, material (light concrete, reinforced brick), (expanded polystyrene, extruded mineral wool, polyurethane foam), heating source (natural gas, electricity, fuel oil). Analyses for cities (Osmaniye, Bursa, Isparta, Erzurum), located different climatic regions, considering solar radiation effects. An existing building taken as base case scenario, determined improvements total amount released into environment when appropriate material, identified used. At cost-oriented optimum point most suitable was found be expanded brick, natural gas. CO2-oriented optimum, contrast approach, optimal results obtained light concrete selected material.
