Localized heating systems are an effective approach to improve thermal comfort while reducing energy consumption in a cold indoor environment. Furthermore, localized devices have found widespread application the hot-summer and cold-winter zones of China. This study investigates characteristics local device low-temperature environment, as well its effects on subjective perception physiological responses, develops personalized control system for based experimental findings. We conducted tests questionnaires test room with air temperature set at 12 °C 14 relative humidity 55%. A total six conditions were designed using five types equipment (heating wrist straps, insoles, leg warm blower, electric radiant heater), each employing different heat transfer methods. The results demonstrate that head, hands, legs, feet susceptible feeling use blower heater can significantly enhance sensation these parts, acceptability, raise skin temperature. electrocardiogram data indicate heart rate variability be utilized assess environment heating. Additionally, relationship between response was investigated, leading development strategy conditions.
