Purpose The purpose of this study was to explore employees’ perceptions and firsthand experiences the impact generative artificial intelligence (AI) productivity tools, specifically Microsoft 365 Copilot, on individual collective learning processes within a multinational corporation. In doing so, provides insights into how these tools can shape workplace dynamics, fostering both skill development collaborative knowledge-sharing practices. In the product design and manufacturing process, effective management representation of system requirements (SRs) are crucial for ensuring quality consistency. However, current methods hindered by document ambiguity, weak requirement interdependencies, limited semantic expressiveness in model-based systems engineering. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a prompt-driven integrated framework that synergizes large language models (LLMs) knowledge graphs (KGs) to automate visualization SR text structured extraction. Specifically, introduces template information extraction tailored arbitrary documents, designed around five SysML-defined categories: functional requirements, interface performance physical constraints. By defining elements each category leveraging GPT-4 model extract key from unstructured texts, can effectively present information. Furthermore, constructs graph represent visually illustrating interdependencies constraints between them. In the evolving digital work environment, rising prevalence of generative AI tools presents a complex challenge for practitioners: deciding whether to allow or restrict their use in organizational settings. Our research contributes expanding broaden-and-build theory and job demands-resources model (JD-R) within context usage. This study investigates impact on employees' perceived overload, focusing mediating role employee adaptability. Purpose - This study investigates how Digital Game-based Learning (DGBL) impacts the development of product innovation skills among undergraduate students, comparing performance students across different disciplines—Applied Arts (AA) and Applied Sciences (AS). Methodology The involved 80 students: 40 pursuing an AA degree AS degree. Thedesign game incorporated cognitivist learning strategies based on Bloom’s taxonomy.
