Purpose: This research examines the factors influencing public acceptance of e-government services, particularly Sikesal system in Jambi City. The urgency this lies its potential to improve quality increase community engagement, and support digital transformation goals study contributes understanding how local communities perceive utilize providing insights service design Using Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) model, we evaluated variables including Performance Expectancy, Effort Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions. utilized a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed 100 respondents, selected using Slovin formula. Result: Results indicate that Expectancy significantly impacts use services (T value 18.339, P 0.000), highlighting importance user-friendliness. However, performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions did not impact. Novelty: novelty localized examination acceptance, for targeted improvements implementation.

Introduction This study explores the motivators to use learning management systems (LMS) adopted and used in eLearning by Hong Kong universities among Mainland Chinese postgraduate students amid COVID-19 pandemic. Methods An adapted extended UTUAT2 model was first proposed tested using structural equation modeling approach. Through self-report online questionnaire, data were collected 2022 from 352 of nine Kong. The reliability validity confirmatory factor analysis, followed path analysis test hypotheses model. Results revealed which explained 50% variance LMS intention. Trust (0.204), instructor characteristics (0.202), performance expectancy (0.181), facilitating conditions (0.181) identified as strong behavioral Other factors such effort (0.148), value (0.118) social influence (0.115) also had significant positive effects on Habit (0.014) hedonic motivation (−0.016) no direct effect it. Discussion These findings provide inspirations for educational stakeholders promote acceptance platforms distance learners who adopt cyberspace only means learning. They offer insights about recruitment evaluation methods.
