Information literacy (IL) is a fundamental skill before entering the new era of massive Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology usage. In 2023, Chinese government highlighted its importance by releasing IL standards with four dimensions: information metacognition, knowledge, application and creation, ethics. It took long time to build based on investigation vast majority education institutions public schools. However, international schools were barely noticed, despite place having evident advantages in implementing inquiry-based projects that can naturally cultivate students’ abilities. Therefore, taking typical high school Beijing as case, aim was identify starting point specifically carry out revealing current status correlations among dimensions. Employing mixed method approach, questionnaire distributed target school, followed interviews students who had conducted their research following certain instructions completed first-lifetime academic essays. Artificial Intelligence (AI) promises to revolutionize nearly every aspect of human learning. However, users have observed that the efficacy AI assistants hinges crucially on quality prompts supplied them. A slight alteration in wording can make difference between an assistant misinterpreting instruction and exceeding expectations. The skill precisely communicating essence a problem is as crucial itself. This paper aims introduce Prompt Engineering (PE) emerging essential for personal professional learning development 21st century. This research aims to examine the advancements and challenges in automated evaluation of spoken skills through use artificial intelligence. We triangulate data collection using a Likert-scale questionnaire open-ended interviews. In language assessment, main participants were 79 students (38 elementary 41 intermediate) 21 experienced teachers (raters). Two AI-powered tools, Versant Speechace, as well raters, separately assessed two speaking tests that participated in. tools showed correlation coefficients for grammar, fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation parts are high. means Speechace strongly connected straight line. The outcomes questionnaires interviews indicated raters generally hold positive perceptions AI's role proficiency although they noted some issues with AI`s understanding speaking, especially detecting varieties accents dialects.

Background While the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in education is widely recognized, rapid evolution these technologies necessitates a corresponding teacher education. This research sought to investigate impact targeted training program on pre-service physics teachers’ AI literacy levels and their subsequent attitudes intentions toward adoption future teaching. Methods A pre-post-test control group quasi-experimental study was implemented among students. 5 weeks long out-of-curriculum intervention designed that combined theoretical grounding with practical, problem-based learning activities, focus use various tools. The majority of AI literacy studies have designed and developed self-reported questionnaires to assess learning understanding. These assessed students' perceived capability rather than because self-perceptions are seldom an accurate account true measures. The purpose of this qualitative study was to examine the use ChatGPT as a lesson-planning assistant with preservice teachers (PSTs) secondary mathematics. PSTs asked solve mathematics problem and assist lesson planning in microteaching context methods course. first developed parts their plan individually, then do same thing. reflected on output generated by ChatGPT.
