Background: Breast cancer (BRCA), the hormone related malignant tumor, is well-known for poor prognosis. ZNF208 mainly acts as a transcription factor in various tumors, and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of are to telomere length. Nevertheless, its role breast tumorigenesis largely unknown. Methods: We systematically investigated gene expression, prognostic value, promoter methylation BRCA with Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA) DNA Methylation Visualization Database (DNMIVD). ABSTRACT Proline‐ and serine‐rich coiled‐coil 1 (PSRC1) has been implicated in various cancers, yet its role breast cancer (BRCA) remains incompletely understood. Here, we employed the UALCAN database to explore PSRC1 expression BRCA obtained survival prognosis data from Kaplan–Meier Plotter database. Additionally, was analyzed 81 pairs of tissues their corresponding adjacent noncancerous through quantitative real‐time PCR, western blotting, immunohistochemistry. We observed overexpressed tissues, especially triple negative (TNBC). Higher levels correlated with poorer outcomes for patients. In tumor protein were significantly associated positive vessel embolus. Subsequently, clinical relevance assessed using chi‐square test, model a Log‐rank as well univariate multivariate analyses. Patients high had worse prognoses. Elevated served an independent predictor prognosis. Moreover, investigated effects on cell phenotypes MCF‐7 BT549 cells used mouse xenograft determine vivo effect. Presently, lack tailored therapeutic protocols for breast cancer liver metastasis (BCLM) underscores need deeper understanding molecular patterns governing this complication. Therefore, by analyzing differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between primary tumors BCLM lesions, we aimed shed light on diversities process. This research investigated relapse employing comprehensive approach that integrated data filtering, gene ontology KEGG pathway analysis, overall identification alteration in DEGs, visualization protein–protein interaction network, Signor 2.0, positively correlated genes, immune cell infiltration genetic alternation copy number variant gene-to-mRNA interaction, transcription factor docking, potential treatment targets. study’s integrative unveiled metabolic reprogramming, suggesting altered PCK1 LPL expression as key recurrence.
