adenocarcinoma

Abstract
Osteosarcoma
(OS)
exhibit
intra-
and
inter-heterogeneity,
complicating
the
exploration
of
effective
therapeutic
strategies.
Traditional
in
vitro
vivo
models
are
limited

biological
genomic
heterogeneities

patients,

tumor
microenvironment.

methods

generating
biobanking
patient/PDX-derived
osteosarcoma
organoids

PD(X)Os)

generated

with
high
reliability
or
transplanted
immunodeficient
mice.
We
further
demonstrate
an
immune-featured
PD(X)O

model
