Regenerative hydrogels from natural polymers have come forth as auspicious materials for use in regenerative medicine, with interest attributed to their intrinsic biodegradability, biocompatibility, and ability reassemble the extracellular matrix. This review covers latest advances used wound healing, focusing on chemical composition, cross-linking mechanisms, functional properties. Key carbohydrate polymers, including alginate, chitosan, hyaluronic acid, polysaccharide gums, agarose, carrageenan, xanthan gum, are discussed terms of sources, structures specific properties suitable applications. Cancer has a high rate of incidence and mortality throughout the world. Hearing loss is one of the most common sensory disorders in humans, and a large number cases are due to ear cell damage caused by ototoxic drugs including anticancer agents, such as cisplatin. The recent literature reported that hearing promoted an excessive generation reactive oxygen species (ROS) cochlea cells, which causes oxidative stress. Recently, polysaccharides from cyanobacterium Arthrospira platensis showed many biological activities, antioxidant activity, suggesting their potential use combat loss. On these bases, this study describes extraction, purification, characterization water-soluble A. (SPPs) investigation protective role against cisplatin toxicity on House Ear Institute-Organ Corti (HEI-OC1) cells. results SPPs (5–80 µg/mL) induced dose-dependent increase viability, statistically significant at 40 µg/mL 80 µg/mL. This review comprehensively discusses the role of microalgae healthcare focusing particularly on β-glucan therapeutics, drug delivery innovations, synthetic biology applications. In microalgae-derived show immense promise for treating diseases, boosting immunity, tackling oxidative stress. Euglena -derived paramylon, type β-glucan, has shown potential various medical applications, including immunomodulation anticancer therapy. This study investigates the potential application of Patella caerulea shells collected from Iskenderun Bay as biomaterial in microwave radomes and examines dielectric properties calcined at 600-1200 °C. At central frequency 10 GHz, real permittivity values for P600, P800, P1000 P1200 are 3.2, 2.3, 2.4 2.5, respectively.
