Niclosamide (NIC) is a commonly used insecticide and molluscicide in the prevention treatment of parasitic diseases fish. Aedes aegypti, in addition to its association with arboviruses of significant public health concern, poses a considerable challenge the scientific community, which is actively working devise innovative strategies address this threat. Entomopathogenic fungi (EPF) are important bioagents for insect pest control. This study aimed evaluate virulence EPF against Ae. aegypti larvae and adults under laboratory semifield conditions. Conidia powder from M. anisopliae CG 153 or B. bassiana 479, at concentrations ranging 1×105 1×108 conidia/mL, was tested (N=30) conditions, while conidia suspension used via impregnated filter paper method. Survival curves were compared using Log-rank test. Both isolates exhibited adults, survival rates 0% 64% 20% 76%, respectively. Subsequently, both fungi, concentration 107 (N=60) Under showed 12% 35% 5% 20%, The tests produced promising results decreasing mosquito rates.
